Shift Manager

Oversee food preparation, manage food and labor costs, control inventory and and insure that guests have an outstanding dining experience. In addition, shift mangers schedule, supervise, train and motivate their team members.

Assistant Manager

Support day to day restaurant operations. Assist with recruiting, hiring and training and scheduling.  They problem solve, direct, motivate and inspire their team to be the best that they can be.  Assistant managers collaborate with management to develop and execute local store marketing initiatives.

Restaurant Manager

Our Restaurant Managers direct the overall management of the restaurant – which includes sales, marketing, staffing and customer service.  The manager assumes overall “ownership” of the restaurant.  A leader who is committed to operational excellence and developing a team of talented people.

Area Supervisor

Provides the leadership and support that enables the restaurant managers to consistently deliver quality-sliced fresh sandwiches and outstanding customer service. Routinely analyzes restaurant operations, i.e. labor, inventory, customer service, staffing, marketing and accounting methods to insure they are meeting organizational objectives. Provides effective, supportive communication to foster positive relationships throughout organization.
