After 35 years in business and 145 stores open and operating, we understand franchisees come first. Our system is simple. Support Offered:

• Real Estate
Market optimization models maximize your opportunity to secure viable sites. You get an exclusive trade area for site selection and typically 1 mile radius protection around traditional sites (1/4 mile around downtown and business district sites). 

Construction
Corporate design team assists in pre-construction store layouts. Architects and contractors help you submit the plans, get the permits, and construct the restaurant.

Training
4 weeks of in-store and corporate classroom training. Send an owner and a designated manager. 

Opening Support
Dedicated, hands-on, local Franchise Field Consultants and Field Marketing Trainers offer up to 10 days opening support.

Advertising
Franchisees have interaction at the local level on advertising expenditures for their Cooperative.

• Grand Opening Marketing Campaign
A Field Marketing Trainer assists in executing a marketing campaign for your restaurant launch.

Local Store Marketing
Dedicated Corporate marketing staff helps you customize Local Store Marketing campaigns. Drive traffic and revenue through catering, loyalty, and special event programs. 

• On-going Operational Assistance
Operational assistance doesn’t end at store opening...We help you every step of the way. After you open your new restaurant, Port of Subs dedicates a Franchise Field Consultant to visit your store on a regular basis. They provide operational guidance for your restaurant.

Sliced Fresh Sandwiches
A unique taste...Freshly sliced, top quality meats and cheeses, baked fresh breads, zesty dressings and spices are used in every restaurant.

You won’t find pre-sliced, pre-portioned meat and cheeses at Port of Subs.  We slice it fresh, because fresh sliced tastes better.
