| – Spend a Day at a Port of Subs Restaurant |
Now that you have completed your application and financial statement, and have been pre-approved, you qualify for a Preview Pass! You will spend a day at a Port of Subs location where you will participate in operating the restaurant. Alongside managers and staff, you will observe the store in action and learn about certain aspects of operations, marketing, and a part of what makes our system work! At the end of the session, you are  evaluated by our team by taking a simple questionnaire, and completing a basic Math and English test. Your Preview Day experience will help both of us determine your readiness for business ownership and provide you with valuable feedback so you can make an informed business decision.
Our approvals team will validate the information provided on the Confidential Financial Statement before you attend. We may require bank statements and other supporting documentation.

| – Get The Invitation |
Once you are pre-qualified you will receive an invitation to attend a New Franchisee Orientation. In Reno, Nevada you will get the chance to meet Corporate Staff and complete your review of the restaurant development process. At the conclusion, you will be granted a franchise agreement where you will select a defined real estate search territory, or site, and pay your franchise fee. Congratulations! You are on your way to opening the next Port of Subs restaurant! |
