Please complete the Confidential Financial Statement and submit to Port of Subs. Once your Confidential Financial Statement is received, you will receive a call from a Port of Subs representative to discuss the next steps. Upon financial qualification, we will provide you with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to help you make an informed business decision. We encourage you to talk to franchisees, ask questions, consult with your attorney and/or accountant and do your research.
Once the Confidential Financial Statement is completed, please e-mail or fax and mail to the following address:

Schedule a meeting with our representative to discuss the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and to learn more about franchising and restaurant ownership. See what makes the Port of Subs’ system different.
After you have completed the Confidential Financial Statement, and have been pre-approved, you qualify to attend Preview Day! You will spend a day at a Port of Subs restaurant where alongside a manager and staff, you will observe the operation of the restaurant, and learn about certain aspects of operations, marketing, and a part of what makes our system work! You will be evaluated by our team and take a series of basic skill and computer tests. Your Preview Day experience will help both of us determine your readiness for business ownership and provide you with valuable feedback, so you can make an informed business decision.
The next step will be to attend Discovery Day in Reno, Nevada at our corporate office. During Discovery Day, you will get the chance to meet our Corporate Staff and complete your review of the restaurant development process. At the conclusion of this day, you may be offered a franchise agreement where you will select a defined real estate area, or site, and pay your franchise fee. Congratulations! You are on your way to opening the next Port of Subs restaurant!
